We’re so excited about the upcoming Second Sunday on Main this weekend! This month’s theme is Growth and Wellness, and to celebrate, we’ll be featuring farmers’ market & garden vendors, health & yoga demos, amazing local goods vendors, activities for the whole family, street performers and musicians, food vendors, and an outdoor beer garden.

The You Do Yoga studio (1319 Main Street) will also be open during the festival, so check them out and even roll out a mat to practice if you like.

Shelley Albers from Main Street Yoga will teach a gentle ”Prana Flow” demo. Please bring a mat & experience connecting the Mind & Body through the breath. Also, look for the Main Street Yoga Booth and register to win a free five-class pass!  Main Street Yoga (12th and Main Street) specializes in Scoliosis/Alignment Classes, Ayurvedic Consultations, Hatha Classes for beginners & intermediate.

Our beer ambassadors in August are volunteers from the 2012 VisionWalk for the Foundation Fighting Blindness. They’ll be serving Moerlein and Hudy beer at the Second Sunday on Main Beer Garden located at Woodward and Main Street.
