2018 Vendor Agreement

This event is open to vendors on a space available basis, first come first served and preference is given to those who demonstrate added crowd interaction. In applying for a booth at this event, each vendor agrees that he/she will be responsible for their own liability/personal insurance and fire protection and that SSOM and the OTRCC is not liable for any damage or other losses, including property damage or personal injury that may occur during this event. Vendor shall take all reasonable and prudent steps to protect the safety of public, customers, staff and participants. This event will occur rain or shine. The event committee reserves the right to shorten or cancel the event should severe weather occur.

SSOM reserves the right to refuse an application to avoid duplication and non-family content and also reserves the right to remove a vendor for just cause without incurring liability to that vendor for removal. No refunds can be given for any reason.

All vendors are responsible for their own:

  • Table and chairs
  • Canopy / tent and weights for each leg (weights are REQUIRED for set-up, no exceptions)
  • Products and materials
  • Any required permits, licenses, fees, sales tax, and insurance

 

Vendor Acceptance Policy:

Second Sunday on Main is a festival for Main Street businesses, artists, creatives, arts organizations, and non-profits alike to showcase their work and connect to the community. Our vendors are important to the success and growth of our wonderful Main Street community. Due to the diverse attendance at each event, we ask that no political or religious organizations apply for vendor space. Final details regarding day-of set up will be emailed 1-2 weeks before of the Second Sunday event each month.

Eligible vendors include: Artists, Creatives, Crafters, Arts-Organizations, Non-profits, & OTR Brick & Mortar businesses. All food vendors must be pre-approved by the Event Director. Unsure if you are eligible, please email us at secondsundayonmain@gmail.com

By submitting your registration, you hereby agree to Second Sunday on Main’s vendor 2018 Code of Conduct listed below. You also agree to participate in all months for which you selected. If you cannot make it to an event, we ask that you to please notify SSOM via email at secondsundayonmain@gmail.com​​​​​​​
